The beach is just steps from the pool, and the pool area itself was clean and pleasant. There was some litter on the beach, though it wasn't overwhelming. The location really can't be beat, and the staff were all friendly. We didn't try the restaurant, but there are other lovely places nearby. Renting towels was a nice touch, and it felt very family-friendly. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It was dated but usable, though the air conditioning was the main problem: the room stayed very warm at night. Opening a window switches off the AC, so we were stuck choosing between a possible breeze and poor cooling. We asked for fans, but the hotel didn't have any. There was no dish soap, paper towels, or hair conditioner either, which cost it a point for us.

The beach is lovely and clean, and the hotel is in a great spot, with loads of shops just a 1-10 minute walk away. We researched a lot of Mallorca hotels before choosing this one, and we don't regret it. The beach is one of the top 20 in Mallorca, and the views are nice too. The rooms look like they're from the 90s, but they're clean, the beds are comfortable, and the AC works fairly well without being too noisy. There's a kitchen towel, and the staff are kind and helpful. The food is good quality, though the flavor gets repetitive. More spices and salt would help. The choices felt limited Monday through Wednesday, with much more variety from Thursday to Sunday. About 90% of the guests seemed to be German, many with children. There's an evening program for kids, and music from neighboring hotels carries on until around 10-11 pm. The beach sunbed attendant has some particular rules, so it's better to arrive early since spots are limited. A very nice hotel if you don't mind older furniture, comfortable beds, and a great location.

The sea view from the balcony and the hotel's spot close to the water were lovely. That was about the only part we enjoyed. The rooms felt very dated and not clean, and both the rooms and interior smelled dusty. We tried the indoor pool on a rainy day, but it was filthy, and switching on the jacuzzi jets cost €6. The outdoor pool was big and nice-looking, but the water was freezing cold. Lunch was also bad. The burger was frozen and undercooked, the tuna sandwich was soggy and had no tuna, and the tuna salad was mostly leaves in a huge bowl. The fruit platter was nice, though. It was cheap and did the job as a place to sleep for four days, but that doesn't excuse the cleanliness. We wouldn't come back.

The furniture is a little old, and there aren't enough outlets for phones. Mosquitoes were coming into the rooms through the air-conditioning tubes. The hotel presentation in the room also left out some useful information, like no room cleaning on Thursdays and pool towels being refreshed only twice a week. The pool often closes at 6 pm, although it opens at 9 and is being cleaned all morning. To me, it felt more like a 2-3 star hotel in Greece.
