The pools were sparkling, the Bali beds were relaxing, the bar made delicious cocktails, and the room Lucie arranged for us was beautiful. My partner and I felt at home and pampered, like we had our own little paradise. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with warm smiles and real kindness. Lucie, Martha, Marianna, and Sergio went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and valued. We had the best time we’ve ever had, thanks to everyone there. Lucia at reception was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. She knows the hotel and area so well, and went above and beyond to help us have the best time. She’s a real asset to the team. We had a fantastic stay at MiM S’illot, and everything about our time there was amazing. 💖

The beachfront location was hard to beat, with everything we needed close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool area had a really relaxing feel. Staff were wonderful throughout. Reception were kind and suggested some great restaurants, the restaurant team were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping kept our room spotless. We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at MIM Hotels in Mallorca and would love to return.

Our transfer was scheduled before breakfast, but the staff prepared a lunch box for us to take and also made sure we could have coffee before leaving. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist. The service was brilliant, the buffet breakfast was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. A really brilliant experience, thank you.
