Welikehotel Marfil Playa Hotel

The rooms have what you need, though there's no kettle. For a quieter stay, I think you'd want to choose a sea view room. The location worked well for me, and the food was tasty with a good range of choices. What I particularly liked was the service: the staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help with requests, whether changing rooms because a neighbour was snoring loudly or arranging a car or bike rental. Everyone's needs and hotel experiences differ, but mine was enough for me to say the service is good.

The hotel itself was fine during our five nights, but I wouldn't book it again. Nothing went wrong, though nothing really impressed me either. I also wouldn't be quick to recommend the area: most nearby restaurants seemed to sell fast food, and the location didn't have much atmosphere. Mallorca has far nicer places to stay.

Our family room worked really well, with two rooms joined by a connecting door. We also liked the pool area, and the food was varied and very nice. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Fantastic hotel, and we'll definitely return.

We were five minutes from the beach, and the pool was wonderful. The location was almost perfect, and the cocktails at the bar were made with real care and skill. There were activities for toddlers, teenagers, and adults, but Cristian was the highlight for me. He's very nice, attractive, and funny, and kept the atmosphere lively with music or ping-pong games in his free time. A great hotel with an even better Animator, Cristian.
