Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa

TUI moved us here after the hotel we’d booked decided to close earlier than expected. We’d chosen an adults-only hotel, so we were unsure about this one, but we ended up having an amazing time. The apartment was spacious and really well equipped, and the food was some of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive. The staff were very helpful. Our room had great views of the lighthouse, and the location is fantastic. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great in our room, but we told the hotel and they fixed it really quickly. We also gave them feedback about accessibility, and they seemed to take it on board. We’d definitely visit again. They made the holiday memorable even though it wasn’t the one we’d originally booked.

The evening shows were a real highlight, especially the kids’ disco, the talented dance team and the Motown band. We had a beautiful view from our room, and Nora was so helpful. Meals were tasty with lots to choose from, and there are several pools and bars around the resort. The kids had plenty to do, too, including tennis, football and an indoor pool alongside the outdoor ones. The nearby village market runs on Sundays, with gifts, souvenirs and clothes. We were sad to leave and hope to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entertainment team put on top quality shows, and all the staff worked incredibly hard. They made the place feel friendly and were always helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the drinks were good quality, and there was a very good choice of food. We also had a lovely meal at the à la carte El Faro. It was busy, but there was still room to find a quiet spot. We had a great holiday and would return. Thank you to everyone working there. A couple of things could make arrival more comfortable: it would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room, especially for late arrivals. With so much restaurant space, an adults-only area would also be welcome, so people could eat without children screaming and running around.

We love seeing our 12-year-old having fun dancing in the evenings, knowing he's in a safe environment. The football and sports team are friendly and join in with the activities. There’s a splash park, tennis, football and pools, so there’s lots for children to enjoy. This is our fifth year in a row returning to Punta Prima Insotel. Everything works as it should, with high quality and excellent service from reception, the restaurant and pool staff, and the entertainment team. There’s a wide range of food, including gluten-free options, to suit different preferences. We really enjoy our time in Menorca and would recommend the resort.
