We've stayed in private villas before, and this is easily the best one. The landlord was super helpful. It sits inland on the island's Northside, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The name fits, too, the high views are amazing. We visited in january 2020. The house was tidy and had everything you could possibly need, with plenty of room and privacy, plus an amazing garden and poolside. Thank you Victor!

We felt at home right away. Victor welcomed us warmly when we picked up the keys at the villa, and we got a fruit basket, coffee, and breakfast rolls as a welcome gift. He also shared sightseeing tips, and was always there with helpful advice about good restaurants. The pool and grounds were very well maintained, and the villa looks even better in person than in the photos. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities were great. We had everything we needed, including bath and beach towels and charcoal for the grill. We loved the accommodation and private pool, highly recommend Villa Teresita High Views, and will definitely come back.
