They never answer the contact number listed on the website, and they don’t reply to email either. I’ve sent WhatsApp messages that were read but got no response, and nobody returned my calls. Phone calls go to voicemail, but leaving a message hasn’t helped. Sometimes it seems like the call might connect, then I’m told the number is unavailable. Why offer these ways to get in touch at all?

We needed a place to feel at home while visiting a doctor and spending several days there for health reasons. That’s what we found: a spacious, quiet, clean place with easy parking. It also had internet, Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen.
2/10
The place is in the Miramar neighborhood, which doesn’t feel suited to a vacation rental. It’s a working-class area rather than a tourist spot, and you need a car to get anywhere. The location is bad.
