The customer service was really bad.

The location was the only good thing. We didn’t spend a single night there because sleeping was impossible. The accommodation had no separation between the rooms, or even in the bathroom, where there was a curtain instead of a door. And their so-called sofa bed was just two armchairs with foam cushions laid out on the floor. I wouldn’t call that a sofa bed. The apartment, if you can call it that, also smelled strongly of damp.

Really good, cozy, comfortable, and clean. I recommend it. 👍👍

The parking situation was really annoying. There were problems with the dough, there were no keys, and nobody was available to help at reception. The water flow was very weak and there wasn’t hot water all the time. There was no shower door, and the toilet opened straight onto the kitchenette. The whole building and the apartment smelled of sewage.

It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
