We were left waiting outside in the sun because the hosts arrived an hour late for our 3 PM check-in. Once inside, the flat had a strong cigarette smell. There was only one towel per person, and the host refused our request for extras. The bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, and the door was so difficult to open that coming and going was frustrating. We were there for work, so the Wi-Fi not working was a major inconvenience. The host didn’t help resolve it. Missing basics and a lack of hospitality made the stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this Airbnb unless things improve.
