Escuela Santa Cruz Hotel

The breakfast was excellent and varied, with cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, delicious bread and scrambled eggs that weren’t overcooked, a big plus. There’s even a fresh juice machine so you can make juice right away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and reception gave us helpful, detailed information. It was my first stay here and I really enjoyed it. The building looks as if it might have been a school or something similar in the past, and there’s lots of space throughout. The hotel is walkable to anywhere you need to go. There’s a bar with a gorgeous view of town from the top. Our room for two had plenty of space, and the window looked out over the city and some beautiful cactuses. I’d definitely come back and choose this hotel again.

The bedrooms are large, the beds very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great. Food in the restaurant and at breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared and nicely presented, and the restaurant prices were inexpensive for the quality. Staff in every area were friendly, helpful and polite. Would I stay again? Of course. There was nothing not to like. Well done.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, from reception to the wait staff and housekeeping, and they always said hello. The location was good and it was a great-value stay. The junior suite was large, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Dinner was very good, but breakfast wasn’t: poor choice, empty water bottles and terrible orange juice. I’d definitely return. Thank you.

The hotel is in a really convenient spot, and there’s parking where you can leave your car. It’s clean and well maintained, with lots of facilities including a pool and gym. The restaurant food was quite nice, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and always willing to help.
