Luxury modernist design townhouse with garden

The private terrace and location made this a decent place for our three-night stay. It's close to the city and the beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria, with restaurants and mini supermarkets within walking distance. The room felt a little expensive for its size.

The location and parking were the only good parts for us. The apartment looked like the photos, but it was very old and the bed was uncomfortable. On arrival it smelled terrible, so we tried contacting the owner and got no reply. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the place ourselves before moving in. The landlord replied the next day to ask if we'd sorted things out, but we never heard from him again. We won't return.

The location was ideal and everything was easy to access. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

The terrace could use a few more lights at night and a slightly bigger table. The planters are rotting and should be replaced, and the flowers need to be cleared of dead wood. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell coming from behind the fridge. Still, we were happy with our choice. The penthouse was spotless, so clean it smelled of bleach when we arrived, and the loft was comfortable and pleasant beyond what we expected. We loved waking up on the synthetic grass terrace/solarium, with the lounge chairs as a bonus. The all-white modern style was a treat, the kitchen was well stocked and organized, and the en-suite shower led straight out to the terrace where you could wash with a sea view, something we hadn't expected at this price. The beds were very comfortable, though the pillows less so. We didn't use the paid parking because it was easy to park around the block, even within view of the balcony.
