I spent over 2 weeks at Urban rooms and was really happy with it. Spotlessly clean, and the staff were kind and quick to respond. I had a rental car, and for the money I think this is the best place in Santa Cruz.
8/10
Good value for the price, with clean, new facilities and equipment. The one downside was the noise. The walls barely block anything, so you can hear your neighbor snoring as if they were right beside you.
6/10
Online check-in was easy, and the place was clean. The room was reasonably comfortable. I knew it was a little outside the city center, so that was fine. At night it can get noisy because the walls are thin and the doors bang around. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely useless, though. Still, I guess it was fair for the price. More on my YouTube channel, Lex Universe.

The room was basic but fine for one night and good for the price. The shower was cold.

Even arriving at 22:00, check-in was easy. The room and bathroom were clean, and I had a perfect night at a nice price.
