The setting is the main reason I keep returning to Can Domo. I’ve just finished my third stay, and the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere still impresses me. Dinner service was a highlight. The tall woman and the Argentinian waiter were warm, attentive and professional, and made the evenings a real pleasure. Breakfast, though generally nice, was less consistent. Fresh items such as fruit were often gone and not replaced if we arrived later in the morning. Staff were slow and rarely came to the table on their own, and ordering often seemed to be an inconvenience. That doesn’t fit with the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Can Domo remains a wonderful place with a unique, tranquil feel. More attentive and consistent morning service would make it exceptional.

The Dutch chef deserves praise for creating such a distinctive fine dining experience. We were sent here by the Gucci store manager, and it turned out to be incredible. The ingredients tasted so pure and the cooking so passionate that even a simple tomato was unforgettable. Every dish was balanced beautifully. The paella was excellent, though the starters were truly out of this world. Highly recommend it for the food and the lovely setting.

For me, Can Domo is a dream and the best fresh food I’ve found in Ibiza. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in the cooking, with flavour and authenticity in every dish. The beautiful setting and relaxed but refined atmosphere made dining here feel like more than a meal. The service was attentive without being too much, and the whole experience took me to my happy place. If you want to experience Ibiza through its food, Can Domo is a must.

The staff took such thoughtful care of my sister’s celiac disease, and were incredibly attentive throughout. The food was incredible, the rooms cozy, and the pool area picturesque. It was a truly special stay, and we’ll certainly return.

The only thing we really enjoyed was a glass of wine from Galicia. The rest of our anniversary dinner was a letdown. We had been excited to come after seeing the glowing reviews and Repsol and Michelin mentions, but the food was below average, the service unremarkable, and the prices hard to justify. The cod was mediocre at €65 and the grilled artichokes cost €30. It felt priced like fine dining, though the experience was more like an average local bistro. We skipped dessert and left to try to rescue the evening somewhere else. Hugely disappointing and overpriced.
