Can Talaias

The owners, staff, rooms, food, location, all of it was outstanding and far beyond what we expected. Everyone was flexible and quick to respond to what we needed. It was exactly the break we needed from our hectic lives. Thank you, all of you.

The main terrace has stunning views, and the pool feels like a little oasis. We spent four lovely days at this enchanting small hotel, which has just 10 rooms. The gardens around it are lush and well kept, with plenty of nice places to sit. Our room was tastefully and practically decorated, the bed was amazing, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The food and wine selection were great too. They made such an effort to make our stay special, from greeting us with a late breakfast to bringing out birthday cake and cocktails. I can see why guests return year after year. I might be one of them. ;-)

The gardens and pool are lovely, and every detail feels carefully put together, from the way the spaces are dressed to the breakfasts and dinners. The location, views, and buildings are magnificent too. And the people are a big part of what makes the place so special.

We usually prefer eating out, but the food here was so good that we ended up having lots of meals at Can Talais. The included breakfast was delicious too. The villa and pool area are incredible, and the staff made us feel like we were staying with old friends. Nothing we asked for, big or small, was a problem. Bernard was our favourite staff member, so a special thank you to him. It’s a wonderful place for couples and families alike. A big thank you from the three of us!
