Mesón de Lagartera

Just passing through on my way to Portugal.

Going out for a quiet drink has become impossible lately. There's a group that keeps shouting, and they smell so bad the odor spreads through the whole place. It's beyond ordinary body odor, more like the smell of somewhere shut away from daylight for months. Nobody seems able to stop them. They aren't from town, and show up every afternoon without ordering anything, just making a racket. The place can refuse service, but if this keeps up, all the regulars will end up being driven away.

The building's age shows in a few shortcomings, but at this price I think that's acceptable.

There was a strong tobacco smell in the room, which by itself made it seem poorly cleaned.
