Hyde Ibiza 4*Sup

I chose this beautiful, spotless hotel for my daughter’s 30th birthday because it was more expensive and I wanted to make it a special treat. The location is fabulous, but the pool overlooking the sea was the main thing we were excited about. It turns out the sunbeds there require a €200 minimum spend, so we haven’t been able to use the pool at all. I don’t think that’s fair, especially since the advert’s main photo shows this pool without mentioning the charge. At these prices, I feel guests should be able to access all the pools. Without this issue, I’d have given five stars.

The music helps define the place. There’s a DJ by the pool every day, keeping things smooth in the daytime and building the energy when it’s right, without making it feel forced. The surrounding forest also has great running routes, with fresh air, quiet, and a bit of a challenge, and the gym is well equipped. The pool area is somewhere you actually want to spend time. Hyde in Cala Llonga has the calm, beautiful little bay and beach you hope for in Ibiza, tucked away from the chaos but still giving you both sides of the island. The atmosphere feels cool without trying too hard, and the clean, modern rooms are well thought out but relaxed. It’s a full experience, with quality, space to unwind, and room to recharge.

A lovely spot for families with a baby or small children, with the beach and pools right at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast had everything we wanted, enjoyed in the sunshine on the outdoor terrace. The location is perfect, and the Japanese restaurant at the neighboring hotel serves delicious, fresh food. We’ll definitely come back.

After a night at the club, this was a great place to relax. We booked a headliner suite with a fantastic view of the resort and sea, and the food was great too. Adam, Ruth, and the rest of the team treated us like VIPs and did an amazing job. We loved staying at Hyde Ibiza and will definitely return!
