Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza - Adults-Only

I had the best time here with my girls for my sister’s 40th. The food was fantastic, and the poolside area was amazing. Staff and service were 10/10, polite and friendly, and they did their best to meet all our needs. Raul from the restaurant and bar was the best, so look for him if you visit. I’ll be back. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms vary: ours didn’t have rides, while my friend next door did. Also, get a room with a seaside view if you can, because the view from the other side is a terrible construction site. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The views are incredible, and it’s easy to get into Santa Eulària and the old town by bus. We’ve loved the nighttime entertainment at the chill out bar, and the fresh, varied food has been so good that we haven’t wanted to eat out. All the staff have been friendly and polite, especially Bass, whose guest relations were amazing. Thank you, Iberostar. We’re here for a four-night honeymoon and it’s been bliss. We upgraded to the penthouse suite, which has been a haven after a busy week. I’d recommend upgrading to a prestige room for access to the exclusive rooftop pool and snack bar, stocked with alcoholic and soft drinks. We’ll definitely return, maybe for our first wedding anniversary.

There are lots of vegetarian choices here, clearly marked, which was a relief in a place focused on seafood and meat. Mohamed at Agave restaurant patiently helped us find them, and Carlos made our stay wonderful from beginning to end. The staff really do go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and there’s a nice walking trail right outside. I was impressed by the Wave of Change program: water is provided on every floor, so there’s no need to keep buying plastic bottles. The hotel is plastic-free and paperless. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We went with the Starprestige option, which gave us access to the rooftop pool and terrace, and chose all-inclusive too. There isn’t much food around the area, so I think all-inclusive is the best choice. The bedrooms are on the small side, but spotless. Our cleaner Cris was very friendly and worked hard to keep them to a high standard. The food was good, and the restaurant was very clean with plenty of attentive staff. Carlos at reception couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. It’s a fantastic hotel with lovely, friendly staff, and we’ll definitely return.
