Apartment With 3 Bedrooms in Can Picafort, With Enclosed Garden and Wifi

Daniela was very helpful throughout our week in El Paraiso in July. The apartment was modern, clean and lovely, and we had a quiet stay, often with the communal pool to ourselves or just a couple of other people. The pool was nice, though very deep. Shops and restaurants are only a five minute walk away. We had a lovely week and would definitely recommend it.

Daniela was so nice and helpful, and replied to messages very quickly. We spent two lovely weeks at La Terracita. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the pool and terrace areas were fantastic :) I'd definitely stay here again.

For the price, I expected much better service. The apartment itself is beautiful, but when you pay for a home stay, I think you should get home like service too. We arrived to a bad smell and a dusty floor, so we had to clean the place ourselves on the first day. Check-in took a long time, nearly an hour, mostly spent hearing how to turn on the TV and not touch the wall. Daniela was on her phone sending voice notes and replying to people throughout, and we had to wait for her to finish each message before she answered us. We didn't feel respected at all. Basic supplies were missing, even sugar, and I've stayed in hostels that were better equipped. Daniela never checked in during our stay to see if everything was okay. At checkout, she didn't check on us or ask if we were leaving or had a good trip. I wouldn't come back. Hosting isn't just renting out a house, guests should be looked after as well.

The place was spotless, very comfortable and everything was high quality. Terracita is a beautiful apartment with its own pool, and it was extremely well equipped, nothing was missing. Daniela was a great host, very responsive and on hand whenever we needed help. It's very pet friendly too. A perfect stay, we'll be back!
