The rooms and hotel were clean, modern and spacious. Having two pools was a bonus, especially the one with the BQ lounge, which was a great pool with excellent service and always plenty of loungers. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, and Arthur was a delight with the entertainment and karaoke, a real credit to the hotel. The location and cleanliness, pools and most of the staff would make me happy to stay again. There were some service issues. Meal service needs work, and at reception there should always be two people, since it got busy and we sometimes waited when guests were checking in. I also wish staff sitting around the pool had umbrellas, plus a meal and drinks, but I was told those weren't provided. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though the evening meal selection could be better. Some food was warm or cold rather than hot, so I ate out at times. There are lots of food options along the seafront.

The pool-facing room was very quiet, and the hotel was clean, with polite cleaners. But the room was tiny despite the huge bed. I'd booked a double for one person, and it looked nothing like the website picture. There was barely room to move past the TV mounted facing the bed. Breakfast had a very good selection, but the evening meals didn't suit British tastes, so I ended up eating salad every night because I struggled to find anything else. It felt like the hotel mainly catered to German guests. The entertainment was very poor, and some waiters were quite brusque. I wouldn't return, and I definitely wouldn't call it four-star.

We spent five nights at BQ Picafort for a holiday. The food was excellent, fresh and good every day at breakfast and dinner. Staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were good, though a bit small, with almost no space to walk around.

Breakfast was good and varied, and the churros were really crispy. The pineapples were always delicious too. The location was nice, and staff were consistently friendly, kind and helpful. It's a very nice hotel, though the room was small.

I travelled solo and stayed from June 10th to June 15th in room 532, on the corner, where you can see everything from the room. The service was good and the location was absolutely good. I booked bed and breakfast because I like trying the food in different countries. Breakfast had a lot of pork and not much else in that regard, which was the one issue for me. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was also my birthday, and they gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne. For a late flight, you can check out at 12:00, store your luggage and suitcases in the locker room, then use the downstairs shower to freshen up before heading home.
