Grupotel Montecarlo

The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Staff at the pool bar didn’t seem very friendly or polite, and it wasn’t possible to communicate in English. The room’s Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the restaurant plates weren’t clean enough each time we encountered this. The rest was really good. The location is great, about five minutes on foot from the beach and center, and the pool area was lovely. Rooms were clean and tidy, with good air conditioning and soundproofing. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, and reception staff were kind and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at Groupotel Montecarlo. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the food was amazing, with a huge variety of meat and desserts. The location was convenient too, about five minutes from the beach and bus stop. The air conditioner in our room worked a bit poorly and could use fixing. The gym wasn’t good either, as it lacked equipment for a full-body workout. Still, our vacation went very well, and I’d like to thank the staff for looking after us. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Can Picafort.

We visited in the first week of October and had lovely hot weather. The room’s air conditioning kept us cool at night. Parking is street parking only, but we always found a space fairly nearby. I’m not sure how that would work during busy summer periods. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, which suited us very well. The restaurant staff were kind and helpful, and all the food was cooked perfectly. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced, and the pool was a nice size. The staff, rooms, location, and food were all brilliant. We’ve just got home after a week here and are already planning to return next year. 10/10!

A relaxed place to spend time, with good food and swimming pools to unwind in. There’s also a spa, sauna, and plenty more to choose from. The beach and shops are both close by.
