The location was the one good thing for me. The hotel generally felt in disrepair, including broken tiles on the stairs that could have caused someone to trip badly. There was sand left in the room corners for our whole stay. The beds were made daily, but I can't be sure the sheets were changed. One chilly night I used the duvet from the wardrobe and noticed in the morning that it was stained, so visibly marked bedding doesn't seem to be discarded. Cleanliness in the bathroom was poor, with limescale all around, especially on the shower glass and head. There was a horrible damp, mouldy smell from the air conditioning, and old mould marks across the ceiling had been painted over but were coming through again. The bathroom also had a strong sewage smell in the morning and evening. We guessed that, because we were on the second floor, waste from the floors above might have been sitting in the pipes and coming up through the shower drains, making the whole room stink. The meals were boring and repetitive. Breakfast was probably the best, but we ate out for six of our seven evening meals. The soft drinks were just soda, which was disappointing. Maybe I missed it, but smoking was banned everywhere, even right outside the hotel. I really wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel looks amazing and is in a great location. We had booked an all-inclusive family-friendly stay for 29 September - 7 October 2025, but sadly can't go after all. If anyone is looking to stay around then, we'd be happy to transfer the reservation. Contact me for the details.

The location is perfect, less than a minute's walk from the beach. I chose this hotel at random as an all-inclusive package and couldn't have picked better. The stay has been amazing, with friendly, helpful staff, a good choice of food and drinks, and a room that's cleaned really well. I'd highly recommend it, and think it deserves a higher rating. The spa could use improvement because lots of things are closed or not working, though the hot tub is still going 👍 The indoor pool was freezing despite being described as heated. The sea was warmer!

We had a lovely stay, with delicious food and plenty of choice for different tastes. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They let us check in earlier than the usual time, and while the room was being prepared, kept our luggage safe and invited us to lunch in the restaurant. That thoughtful welcome made the visit especially pleasant.
