The cancellation left us scrambling for another place just a week before our trip. We'd booked and paid months ahead through Airbnb, then the property contacted us saying there was a double booking, apparently for a last minute guest paying more. Their proposed replacement was one room for four people instead of the three bedroom unit we'd reserved. We were told to cancel ourselves if we didn't want that option, but I wouldn't give up Airbnb's guest protection. The host said he would cancel, then kept putting it off until the day before the deadline for a full refund. I felt he was hoping we'd get nervous and cancel ourselves so he wouldn't face Airbnb's consequences. In the end he cancelled the day before that deadline, giving a plumbing problem as the reason. Fortunately, we found a good alternative at the last minute. This kind of behavior can wreck someone's vacation, so I'm sharing what happened. I suspect the pattern may be to keep the property available on other platforms at a very inflated price after a lower priced booking, then pressure the original guest to cancel if someone pays more at the last minute. That's my impression of what happened here, and it felt scam-like. If you're thinking of booking, I'd strongly suggest reconsidering. You could be left searching for somewhere else at the last minute.

The staff made us feel at home straight away, and the whole place was quiet and welcoming. We had a cottage to ourselves, which gave us plenty of privacy, and the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, too. With vineyards all around the finca, it feels like a special spot. We came with our two children and had our most relaxing holiday. A lovely choice if you're after a calm, comfortable rural stay in Mallorca. Highly recommended.

We felt at ease right away in the comfortable rooms, pool, and sitting room. The staff were incredible, and every meal we had with them felt special. The hotel is in lovely wine country around Santa Maria.

I was so happy to stay here. The room has an antique, cozy feel, and I loved having a terrace to relax on. The lobby and living room feel romantic, and the pool has a fantastic view.
