Hotel AJ Gran Alacant

We came home feeling so relaxed, with lots of lovely memories. Our junior suite was modern, very clean, spacious, and felt luxurious, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location suited us well, quiet enough but with lots of restaurants and supermarkets just a five-minute walk away. There's a bus up the road to Alicante for €1.75 one way, around a 50-minute ride, and the views along the way are worth it. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Esmeralda at the lobby deserves a special mention. She was always polite, professional, and so helpful. The hotel was comfortable and well placed between Alicante and Santa Pola, which made visiting both easy. Breakfast had a very good range of choices, and I appreciated being able to check out late. Having a supermarket next door was useful for basic needs, and the price offered excellent value for the comfort and service. I had a very pleasant stay at AJ Gran Alacant and would gladly return.

The pool area was lovely and well kept, and the whole hotel felt clean, modern, and bright. All the staff were friendly, caring, and helpful, and security made us feel very safe. The location worked perfectly, with a local bus and a bus to Alicante near Lidl. We also had excellent views and the hotel was very well soundproofed. The beds, pillows, and towels were comfortable. The room had a kettle, fridge, shower gel, shampoo, a large safe, and a TV that worked perfectly. We didn't eat at the hotel, though its restaurant looked nice. Thanks for looking after us. We'll definitely come back. Gracias.

We spent three nights here for a long weekend and were really happy with the hotel. It isn't by the sea, but the area has everything we needed. Clean place, lovely staff, and perfect for a short break. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
