We spent a lovely long weekend here, and the apartment really made it even better. The flat is bright, has plenty of space on its terrace for relaxing, and comes with all the usual conveniences and appliances. The location worked perfectly for us. The beach and Mediterranean sun are about a five-minute walk away, as is the Marina's leisure area. We could walk to a supermarket in two minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat and drink around the neighborhood. Our landlord was friendly and flexible about our arrival time, and helped with our needs beyond the usual assistance for this kind of rental. It deserves top marks.

We walked everywhere from this excellent location. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully detailed, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. I'd give it six stars if the rating allowed it.

We keep choosing Francisco and Monica's apartment for our stays in Santa Pola. It's spacious, has a big balcony, and suits us well for getting around. We can usually find parking nearby, too. The house can get quite warm without air conditioning, though the ceiling fans help. Francisco is easy to reach and responds quickly and clearly whenever we need information or help. We first came to Santa Pola more or less by chance several years ago, and the atmosphere and Valencian rhythm really appealed to us. We still like how authentic the city feels, without hordes of drunken tourists who don't pay attention to their surroundings. It does get busier when Spaniards come to their holiday apartments for time off, but the place remains pleasant. We much prefer staying in this apartment when we're in Santa Pola.
