The rooms are a little cramped, though still okay, and the hotel is clean with pretty decent food. The kids' club was great. Mar kept the children busy, and they all enjoyed the paint tattoos. The mini disco was good too, though a bit more variety would be nice.

The kids loved their time at the Bubble Club. Huge thanks to Mar, Ayelen, Jessica and Tara for making each day special. They were friendly, caring, enthusiastic and full of energy. 💕

The location is excellent for the beach, local shops and getting around, and the buffet was genuinely great, with lots of choice and consistent quality. Those were the highlights. The rest left me frustrated, and for me this is a three-star hotel at best. There are no tea or coffee facilities or even drinking water in the rooms. To borrow a kettle or iron, you have to leave a €15 cash deposit for each, so both cost €30 in cash. No card option. We had to find an ATM just for that, which felt ridiculous at a modern hotel. We needed a kettle to warm our daughter's milk, so it wasn't some luxury request. The whole process was needlessly difficult, and I don't understand why they offer kettles without even basic tea or coffee supplies, something nearly every hotel I've stayed at in the last 20 years has provided. Parking costs €10 a day, which would be fine if the number plate system at the barrier worked. It didn't work once during our stay. Each time we had to use the intercom and wait for reception to open it. We were told to reposition the car, first further right after being too far left, then to try the middle, but following their directions made no difference. The policies and lack of basic room amenities made the place feel cheap and inconvenient.

The food was excellent, and the reception team did everything they could to help us choose a room and continued to support us throughout our stay. Fantastic hotel and staff. Santa Susanna itself doesn't have much to offer, so you may want to travel elsewhere.
