We felt very welcome throughout our pleasant stay. Staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling, and the restaurant team were polite and attentive. The food was tasty with good variety. Housekeeping did an excellent job, with the room spotless and prepared each day. A wonderful visit, and we'd be happy to return. Thanks for the hospitality!

The only good things I can mention are the room service ladies and the women at the bar. The room was small, with graffiti on the wall, and the beds were awful. I had pain everywhere, so I asked for a mattress change. They did replace it, and the new one was somewhat better, but still horrible. There was mold in several places in the bathroom because it had no air circulation. The hotel is behind a restaurant and looks awful. It reminded me of a hotel in a 1970s Las Vegas murder movie. Half the employees didn't speak English, only French or Spanish. The food quality was unbelievably low. There should be good food for people with different tastes, but on several days it was fish, fish, fish, or cold fries and pasta with horrible sauce. One day I saw a big lump of meat in the pasta sauce and told the chef, who didn't speak English, that it shouldn't be like that. He just used a big spoon to break it up. The meat inside was so raw it was almost walking away, and he didn't seem to care. Our transfer was around the time breakfast started, so we asked to go into the restaurant a few minutes early for a bite. The answer was no, they wouldn't open even one minute early. I'll never come back or recommend it.

Adil was amazing during our stay at summer sun santa susanna. His customer service was great, and he was on the ball without us even having to ask. Thanks for being so friendly, serving us with a big smile, and making such a great impression. 5☆ for you, Adil, and 5☆ for the location!

We're having a lovely time here with family and friends. Adil at the bar has made us feel welcome and has been a great host. :)
