Hotel Montemar Maritim

We felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time. The staff were so welcoming, and the food was delicious, with everything feeling top quality. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone after a relaxing getaway. ✨💛

The pools were great, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel feels luxurious, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We booked breakfast only, but after seeing the food and choice, we upgraded, and it was well worth it. The location is lovely, with sea views in the morning and everything lit up around the whirlpool at night. It would have been all fives for us, except there were ants in our room, and the kids' games room felt dated and had limited options.

We had a lovely stay, and the extra effort the staff made for our anniversary was much appreciated. They were all friendly and helpful, and we were also able to get a late checkout. Our family suite was spacious, with very comfortable beds. Half board was great value, with fresh food made for you and lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, plus some evening stalls.

This visit didn't feel as good as my stay last year. The rooms seemed less clean, the bedding often had stains, and hairs from the cleaners were left on the floor all week. Staff also seemed a little less enthusiastic overall. Angelique and the tall, slim, balding gentleman in the restaurant were wonderful, though. The plates and glasses there could have been cleaner, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Maybe last year's great stay had left me expecting too much.
