We stayed at the hotel from May 27 to 30 and couldn’t sleep for two nights because parties were held outside, right below our windows. They were so noisy they continued past midnight. I’ve never seen parties like that at a hotel, and resting felt impossible. We complained at reception, but were told nothing could be done. I don’t recommend this place. It disturbed our peace and sleep.

The Gran Hotel Victoria team made our wedding day feel magical, from setting up a beautiful ceremony to putting on a delicious dinner and an unforgettable party. Everything went smoothly, and they made our guests and us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail helped create memories we’ll carry for a lifetime. We wholeheartedly recommend the Gran Hotel Victoria for a wedding or any special event with family and friends. Thank you so much again! Justine & Rodrigo ❤️

I like this hotel. It’s clean, has wardrobes for clothes and other things, and gives you a great view of Santander. It’s a good place to stay while visiting the city.

When I became ill close to midnight on May 20, JvanJo did all he could to help. He called an emergency doctor, got me a taxi to a pharmacist, and explained to the driver what we needed and where to go. My health problem came under control and has been improving. JvanJo is an excellent, kind and helpful member of staff. I’m very grateful for his help. He saved my life.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. It’s well located, with easy, secure parking underground. My only quibbles: the shower could use a handrail for anyone a bit unsteady on their feet, and there should be power points next to the bed.
