Mana Mana Youth Hostel

We had a great time and hope to come back. The hostel is right in the heart of Tossa, which made it an ideal beach getaway, and the atmosphere was unlike anywhere else. We met amazing people from around the world at the family dinners, which I’d absolutely recommend. Pablo made a scrumptious paella for our last night. And Fernando is the GOAT, the funniest, friendliest, most welcoming staff member ever. Ten stars all around.

We kept extending our stay because we loved the location and the staff. The place was amazing, and we definitely want to come back. Everyone was wonderful, and the dinners are a must, Pablo makes amazing food. Fernando said he’d go to Karaoke with us, then claimed he never said that and became best friends with two new girls instead. So betrayed, but we love you, Fernando 🙄. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it!!

We stayed at Mana Mana for a week and really enjoyed it. It’s right in the tourist center, with everything a few minutes away on foot, and the guests were friendly and social, with people of all ages. Some people we met liked it so much they extended their stays. There’s a great vibe around the family meals, even though I didn’t try the 6 euro breakfast or 15 euro dinner myself. You can still spend time with people while they eat. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the terrace was gorgeous. Staff were genuinely caring and so friendly. They did my laundry for 5 euros and even hung it out to dry, which I really appreciated. The wifi wasn’t great. Since it’s the only hostel in the area, I expected they might get away with subpar quality, so I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. I’d definitely return.

The family dinners were hard to beat, with tasty food and generous portions every night. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, and it’s in a great location. Every staff member was so kind. Thank you, lovely humans 🌟❤️
