We came to Santander for a wedding, and the bride and groom had picked this hotel for guests from out of town. It was a great choice. The hotel seems quite new, and our room was lovely. The location made it easy to explore on foot or by bus and train, with the station about a 10 minute walk away. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast gets an A+, with lots of delicious options and a great coffee machine. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again on my next visit.

The service was great, and the hospitality at reception stood out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even passed along tips that seemed to come from local knowledge. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay in the area. Thanks again, maybe see you soon!

I’d never had a handwritten welcome note waiting on the bedside table before, despite many years of travel for work and holidays. It was a lovely personal touch. The room was charming, with nice decor and a very comfortable bed, and the hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and breakfast was perfectly decent. I only stayed one night, but I’d gladly return and recommend it to others. A full 10 out of 10. Thank you!

My ferry was delayed by a day, so I booked this lovely hotel for the night and had a great time exploring Santander. The welcome from reception and the hotel’s atmosphere made the stay a definite 10. Everything was immaculate, with thoughtful extras like chocolates, a welcome note, tea and coffee, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a great shower. For this level of accommodation and service, the price was amazing. I’d love to stay again when I’m back in Spain.
