The staff were welcoming and lovely, and the rooms were very nice. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the breakfast. It's a delightful place in an amazing spot, with lovely walks and everything within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet you're close to the city centre, the beach, and a nice walking route past the main attractions. Having secure paid parking on site was a real help with a car. The friendly staff gave us good suggestions for places to eat and things to see and do, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was plentiful and worked well for an early start. Our street-facing room was still quiet, with plenty of space, a comfortable bed and linens, cute decor, and a roomy bathroom. Very good quality for an affordable price.

We'd happily return to this cosy little hotel. It's well placed, just two minutes from the beach, and our room was clean and perfect, with a nice big bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were friendly.

We stayed for three nights in the spacious Palacio de la Magdalena room, which had a balcony. The area was quiet and the beach was an easy walk away. The staff were very polite and hardworking. Across the street in the park, there's a bar I recommend for delicious food at great prices. Gracias!

Breakfasts were excellent, and having a coffee and hot chocolate machine available around the clock was a real bonus. The rooms were quiet and the hotel comfortable. Staff were very helpful, even though their English was limited. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in Santander.
