Alua Suites Las Rocas

The food was fantastic, with lots of meat, vegetarian, and fish choices, and the drinks selection was good too. We were a family of four on an all-inclusive stay. The pool and sea views were great and never felt too crowded, and we could get sunbeds at a reasonable time in the morning. The entertainment team were all brilliant, running activities through the day and evening. I can’t believe how hard they work, while staying friendly and helpful throughout. Staff across the hotel were amazing and helped with everything we needed. I’ve taken off one star because I’d have liked better room servicing, especially replenishing glasses and coffee cups and doing a bit more tidying. We’d definitely return. I have no idea why there are any bad reviews!

We had a good range of food, and with three pools there was never a shortage of sunbeds. The quieter pool was just outside our ground level apartment. The staff were very pleasant, and I’d stay here again. My only issue was the number of small flies in our room, especially in the bathroom. We didn’t mention it to the staff, and I wondered whether the bushes by the seating area outside our apartment might have been the cause.

We’ve stayed in hotels in Cala D'Or, Cala Egos, and Cala Millor, and this one is easily the best. The location is stunning, and the staff, facilities, and food are all 10 out of 10. We’ve been here three times, and it gets better with every visit. We’ve already booked for April 2026 and can’t wait. This place feels like paradise!

I asked by email for a lovely room with a sunrise view, and the hotel went well beyond what I expected. It made the whole stay beautiful. The resort is gorgeous, and everyone has been so kind and wonderful to us. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
