Inturotel Esmeralda Garden

We were a group of 10 on our second visit, and the hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms close to everything. The staff were helpful, and they were outstanding when we had a death in the family during the holiday. My brother and cousin flew out to support us, and the hotel put them up for free. We’d definitely come back, bathroom circumstances aside.

Our room looked out over the car park, and there was karaoke nearby every night. Some of it was good, some less so, but it was loud. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with maid service every other day.

The worst holiday experience I’ve had in Mallorca. At Cala azul gardens, the air conditioner pumped mosquitoes into the rooms and the cleanliness was dreadful. We paid £3k for 10 nights, and I honestly don’t think it was worth £800 at best. Please avoid booking. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

The pool bar food was tasty, the staff were helpful and lovely, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. It’s also well placed for the beaches. The problem was Eden Paradise across the road. That karaoke bar played extremely loud music until around midnight, and it kept us awake every night.
