Aparthotel Niu d´Aus

Marta and her mother, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were so kind and attentive, and their tips on places to visit nearby made our trip even more memorable. The hotel itself has a calm, welcoming feel, just right for a peaceful break. We had a truly lovely stay and are already looking forward to returning. Thanks again for everything! Pedro

We were four women aged 26, staying at Niu D’Aus from August 4th to 11th. It cost about €2000 in total for a nice but very small apartment. The accommodation itself could have made for a pleasant visit, but the management left us with a very bad impression. The blonde woman at reception, who we couldn’t tell was the owner or manager, repeatedly spoke to us rudely and condescendingly, as though we were children. At 8:45 pm one evening, she scolded us harshly over music she said was too loud. We understand being asked to turn it down, but the way she spoke to us was completely unkind and disproportionate, especially since quiet hours were posted as beginning at 10:00 pm. On another day, my boyfriend, who lives in Mallorca, came only to bring us breakfast and was literally thrown out in a brusque, disrespectful way. We hadn’t been told that visitors were prohibited, and there was no such rule written anywhere. We also urgently needed to print an important document, but the same woman ignored the request and put it off until the next day, with no apparent willingness to help. It’s a shame, because the accommodation could be pleasant. The lack of courtesy and professionalism means we won’t return or recommend it.

We had an amazing time here. The staff were lovely, the apartment was clean, and there were enough sunbeds. Parking was sorted out for us, and we got clear instructions whenever we needed help. Thank you!
