Osa Menor

Jürgen and Mollily were clearly proud of their business and couldn’t do enough for us. It was very clean and welcoming, with several beaches and lots of good restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the little extras, like hiring beach towels for a small fee, using the sun umbrellas, and having the apartment cleaned regularly. Great location and experience, we’d definitely return.

We’re having a great time in Mallorca. The owners are so nice, and the apartments are lovely and clean. The garden and pool are great for relaxing, and the location is perfect.

The apartment could’ve been a little cleaner, but otherwise it was perfect. The pool was great, and the complex is small enough to stay quiet. Such an amazing spot.

The offer to move our booking to next year didn’t feel like a solution, since nobody knows what things will be like then. We were due at Osa Menor in a couple of weeks, but Covid, FCO advice and quarantine restrictions stopped us travelling. We were only two days past the 30 day part refund policy, yet they wouldn’t return our £440, even though they’d said they would when I first asked. I offered to let them keep 100 euros as a goodwill gesture and refund the rest, but they wouldn’t accept that either. They had at least 3 weeks’ notice, and this was outside our control. The cancellation rules make sense for last minute cancellations, but I’d hoped my offer would be enough. We’re a young family and got no compassion. I’m now £440 out of pocket, and in this new world I’ve learned to choose 100% cancellation because it isn’t worth the risk when everyone looks out for themselves. Avoid unless you’re completely sure you can go within the 30 day cancellation period. There are lots of good reviews here, which makes it a shame we couldn’t see that for ourselves.
