The room was fairly clean, and the central location made this a peaceful place to stay. The building is quite old and could use some renovation. I stayed one night at Hotel Vive Tu Camino, run by an older couple who welcomed us warmly. Their care and effort for pilgrims were clear, and I really respect that. I later found bedbug bites and believe I picked them up during my stay. It’s hard to say this, knowing how much work it must be to run a hotel at their age, but I feel I should share it as an honest warning and a gentle call to address the problem. I hope they can get some support, because with a little help this could be a warm, safe stop on the Camino for both pilgrims and the hosts.

The beds were really comfortable, and our host made us a delicious dinner. The rooms were clean, too. Such a delightful hotel with wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

The only reason I took off a star was how hard it is to leave early without waking everyone. The bed or floorboards can be noisy, and opening the bedroom door switches on an automatic light, so it’s almost impossible to slip out quietly. Even so, I’d highly recommend this albergue. It was probably the cleanest one I’ve stayed in, with comfortable beds, good food, friendly owners, and a hot shower.

The place was very clean, including the bathrooms, but we woke up to find the water had been cut off. Sadly, no one from management was there to help. It was quite an unusual experience.

Dinner was really enjoyable, and the lady running the place was great. The rooms are basic, and there’s a nice little Cafe bar right across the street.
