The location worked really well for us, with parking areas and a couple of nice restaurants nearby, plus the start of the El Saltillo trail just a short walk away. The bed in Room No. 2 was super comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to unwind in the evening. We did hear some noise from the busy pizzeria facing the windows, especially in the evening and early morning, but it didn’t spoil the comfort or charm of the place. I stayed for one night at the end of May and had a wonderful time. Susanne and Eric were warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. Highly recommended, top!

The area is so peaceful, we got some really deep, restful sleep. Our room was roomy and cozy, and breakfast was delicious. The host was amazing, super friendly, and there are restaurants nearby too. Such a beautiful place. We’d happily come back anytime and highly recommend it!

Breakfast was the highlight of every morning, the hosts made it wonderfully and were always happy to help. We also really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and plunge pool, and the snack station was a great extra. Our room was spacious, clean, and had lots of lovely touches. We had a wonderful stay at Encanto Guesthouse.

The hosts are lovely, and the service was great. Breakfast was out of this world, with something different each day. Our split-level room had its own private terrace, which was a real sun trap. The old building's design also kept things quiet and very cool at night. Such a fantastic guest house in a beautiful spot. I don't want to leave ❤️

Peter & Sanda were charming, friendly, and very willing to help with anything we asked. We were glad we stayed, and recommend booking a meal at secret garden restaurant, just a stone's throw away. This is a quaint setting and a truly Spanish place with its own charm. The rooms are boutique and more rustic, as the plaque outside says, basique. Locals are sociable throughout the day and late into the night, and you soon get used to the church bells ringing hourly. There is free parking in town if you can find a spot, and the road up to town is mountainous.
