We slept really well in the huge bed, and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was well served, with fresh juice, pastries, cereal, and tasty tortilla. The staff were fantastic with directions, check in, and a car park ticket, and kindly moved us to a larger room because one of us has a vision impairment. The townhouse has been very nicely refurbished and modernised. It’s a five minute walk from the cathedral area, just off the main road in a pedestrian zone. Highly recommend.

For a one night stay in Santiago, this was a good deal. The cathedral and the restaurants and bars were only a short walk away. The room is small but thoughtfully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless, with enough toiletries. It even had a toothbrush and toothpaste, which I’ve missed in some five star hotels. The jacuzzi tub was clean and lovely, and the balcony felt cosy and cute. Thanks for the service, hope you keep up the great work!

The loft was a great place to decompress after the Camino. I could stream shows on the smart TV from the big bed, under the fluffiest comforter, and the jetted tub was just what my ankles and feet needed. There was even a towel warmer that worked as a dryer for a few small handwashed items. Laundry is expensive in Spain! I recommend it 100%.

It’s a beautiful, spotless place, but I wouldn’t stay again because sound carries so badly between rooms. Other guests ran the hot tub motor and jets from 01:00 to 02:00, and it was extremely loud. I’m a light sleeper, so that was really unfortunate.

Jose at the front desk was great, and you can walk to nearly everything in the old town. The location is hard to beat. Parking was a challenge, though. It cost 14eu/night, the garage was two blocks away, and the reserved spot was two levels down. It was dark and narrow, with sharp turns that were hard to take in an average sized car. Breakfast was pretty pathetic, just one pastry. The coffee was the only plus.
