Noemi at reception made a real difference to our stay. She was professional, friendly, and very focused on helping guests. My interactions with Irene felt quite different: when I asked her for something, she made it seem difficult or inconvenient, which was disappointing. The hotel is well located, clean, comfortable, and well organised, and the service overall deserves four stars. I’d return to Santiago and would definitely book this hotel again. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is the one real plus, halfway between the Santiago train station and the Cathedral. The rooms were tidy, but the beds were uncomfortable and the linens and pillows felt low quality, especially for the price. Check-in service was abhorrent. The front desk member was unfriendly and scoffed when we asked how a member of our party with mobility issues could get to the Cathedral more easily. Better hospitality would have earned a higher rating.

Noemi at the front desk was incredibly kind and made us feel as though we were in a 5-star hotel. Her attitude made the stay even more memorable. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the train station, old town, restaurants, and shops. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and AC we could control ourselves, which mattered in the warmer months. Breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and a good variety of breads. I’d like to see more hot food and a bit more cereal choice, but breakfast was still nice. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d book here again whenever I’m back in Santiago.

A high quality hotel with a nice room and a very good breakfast with lots of choices. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is right next to a grocery store and pharmacy, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, attentive, and patient with our not quite fluent Spanish. They also helped arrange transport and sort out things we needed. I only wish it were a little closer to the Cathedral and museums, though maybe that helps keep it quieter at night. We highly recommend it.
