The staff were adorable, and the location is perfect, just 10/15min from center. The apartment was excellent, modern, super clean, and had everything you need.

The staff were friendly, but the internet didn't work properly. When I said I'd already reported it, they sent someone over with their phone to check if it worked. I would've appreciated another solution. A neighbor's dog also woke me two mornings in a row, barking uncontrollably in the yard at 8 a.m. The apartment I was given didn't match the photos on Booking.com, and the checkout rules were very strict even though it was off-season.

José was kind and attentive throughout my trip to Santiago, and the clean apartment had great amenities. It's near the city center and the historic district. I'd definitely stay here again and 100% recommend VM Apartamentos Turísticos Santiago.

The owners were friendly, and the place was very good. Cleanliness was good too, though there were some unhygienic streaks in the bathroom. I'd appreciate having the parking price listed separately. Advertising parking without saying it has to be paid for daily is misleading. Thank you!
