The place looks very nice, but paying for luxury accommodation and finding it dirty and without shower gel wasn’t worth it. I spent a week in Santiago and found the service lamentable, with very little seriousness from the manager. We were given an unclean place with lots of maintenance issues, despite it being new. In the morning we reported that there was no shower gel or shampoo. When we came back that afternoon, nothing had been replaced. After we asked again, the manager said, in his exact words, “I’m informing them so they can replace it tomorrow morning.” I spoke to Pablo about how unhappy I was and said this didn’t seem normal. He told me he had nobody until the next day. I insisted because we were coming back from the beach, and then he offered to bring the bottles himself in five minutes. LAMENTABLE. When I asked how to make a formal complaint, he gave me the website’s email address. I wrote with all the details, but it probably only reached him, not the manager. I’m still waiting for someone competent to explain what happened.

It was a bit tiring getting there, but we really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Almudena is lovely. It was my first time staying in an apartment, and I thought it was a nice touch that they cleaned and changed the sheets halfway through the stay. Highly recommended.

An extremely comfortable, clean, cozy apartment in a rural spot that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s the best apartment, about 3 km from downtown Santiago.

We arrived soaked even though it was June, and they turned on the heating for us. The place was very clean, quiet, and had views of the cathedral.
