Noelia was VERY helpful, replying and helping me out on WhatsApp. She even encouraged me to organize the Camino myself, and I’m grateful for that. We stayed in room 5 and loved it. The small apartment has everything you need, including a lift, and the location is awesome. You can hear street noise, though. It’s central Santiago, so that comes with the area. Bring earplugs!

I was in the ground-floor room, and there was a bit of street noise. The place was small but laid out nicely. The rooms upstairs would have been nicer.

It’s in a very central, quiet area, only 7 minutes from the cathedral, and self-check-in was convenient. The apartment is small but has what you need, including a little kitchen and a full bathroom. Cleanliness could be better.

The attic room is really nice, and the place is well located. If there are three of you, one person sleeps on the sofa, which you have to make up yourself. They don’t supply oil, salt, or napkins, and water leaks past the shower curtain. Check-in isn’t until 4 pm.

Right in the heart of Santiago’s historic district, this small apartment is perfectly adequate and VERY NICE. The bed was perfect, the price more than reasonable, and check-in and reception were excellent. A strip of LED lighting under the kitchen cabinets, like the indirect lighting on the front wall, would brighten that area. A roll of kitchen paper or some napkins would be a nice touch too. I definitely recommend this apartment.
