Infernino Apartments

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the location is incredible, right by the Cathedral. We also got a detailed email explaining how to get into the room, and the key arrangements were well organized.

The view and location are hard to beat, and the room had good equipment. Still, the freezer was iced over and the WiFi didn't work. There was an odd smell, too, and check-in at 4pm was later than anywhere else we'd stayed and a bit awkward.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful. After checkout I realized I'd left my iPad in the room, with only 20 minutes before my train and no way to get back in. She responded quickly and helped me enter the apartment. My family and I enjoyed the spacious place and its amazing Cathedral view. Great rooms and service, highly recommended. Thanks again!

Avoid Room 1. It's downstairs beside the entrance, and the door slamming comes right through the poor soundproofing. The French doors have fixed curtains you can't take down, and people sit eating lunch just outside, so you have no privacy unless you keep them shut. One curtain was propped in place with bits of paper. The little freezer was unusable because ice kept the door from closing. The espresso machine didn't work, though they replaced it. A bedside lamp hangs loose, making reading difficult, and the bed is poor quality and noisy when you get in. WiFi was okay. Two stars because the price is very high for this, and I've lived in Spain for three years.
