It's an automated hotel, so there's no staff on site and the room access codes came by email. There was no AC, but with a fan and the window open it stayed cool. The place was clean and comfortable, just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral, making it easy to explore Compostela's alleys and get happily lost.

Friendly staff and a good spot close to the cathedral, but I found it poor value for money. The room felt cramped and stuffy, with cheap furnishings, a hard, lumpy mattress, and a cushion with an unpleasant stain. I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't know who's writing all those bad reviews, but they're lies. This hotel is amazing and feels really authentic, with a location that couldn't be better. Check-in and check-out times were good too. I'd definitely stay here again!

You're right by the cathedral, but late-night noise didn't keep us awake. The hotel feels modern and updated while still keeping its original features. Staff were friendly and open, gave us local tips and directions, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. You can't beat the service, location, or price in the city.

The staff even helped get my souvenirs shipped home after I forgot them. I thought they were gone, but they contacted me and we were able to send them. The hotel is a stone's throw from the cathedral, which we could see from our window, so it was a perfect place to land after a long walk. It's a renovated antique building that keeps its stone details, including the stone fireplace in our room, which made it feel like we were surrounded by Santiago de Compostela's history. I was so impressed and had a lovely stay. A superb experience I'd recommend to everyone!
