We left feeling worse than when we arrived, and nearly €490 poorer before even counting our other expenses. We wanted a relaxing stay and just couldn't get one. The house was so dirty and smelled so bad that we only went back to sleep there. There were cobwebs everywhere, with spiders, bugs, cockroaches on the sofa, flies, mosquitoes, and gnats. On the first day the damp smell was unbearable. The place seemed to have been closed for a while, and the dust and grime made it feel as if nobody had stayed there in ages. The old blankets were dusty, and we ended up with spider bites all over our arms and legs. Please clean the house before renting it again. This was a huge disappointment for us. All the best.

We won't be returning to Pinna country house, and I wouldn't recommend it. The place seemed badly looked after and wasn't what we expected from a pleasant country stay. The furniture in the dining room, living room, and bedrooms was extremely old and in terrible shape. One shower didn't work, several bulbs were out, and cables for the TV and lights hung from the bedroom walls. It made the whole house feel dark and neglected.

The mattresses were awful. I ended up sleeping on the sofa on our last night, and we let the owner know about the problem. Apart from that, the location was perfect, the house was very clean and had everything we needed, and the back garden was charming.

Everything else was great: the place was spacious, clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated. I did eventually find the sugar, tucked away somewhere. The shower head was missing, like in a lot of places.

We had a great stay. The only inconvenience was getting to the patio: there's no direct way through, so you have to walk all the way around the house. The patio is shared too.
