10/10
The grounds are lovely, and the area is peaceful. The hotel is just outside Suances, which is a fantastic location. We loved the SPA, and the price felt very reasonable for the experience. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of pillows. I did miss having a fridge, though the tap water was good to drink. Breakfast was a varied buffet; you can ask the waiting staff for hot items like omelet or bacon. The fruit salad, freshly crushed tomatoes on toast, and local sweets are especially worth trying. For lunch or dinner, they send you to the Irish pub next door, and the food there is surprisingly good. We'll come back!

The room was great, cozy, and quiet. I really enjoyed the spa water circuit. The one thing I'd change was the temperature in the dry and steam saunas, which didn't get high enough.

The hotel and staff were lovely 😁. The spa felt like a waste of money, though. The water was cold, and so were both the steam room and sauna.

Breakfast was mediocre, and the room had poor sound insulation.
