The warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff made us feel like valued guests, rather than just another table to turn over. The cooking is creative without losing its soul. Dishes were beautifully presented, but the flavor more than lived up to the visual artistry, with every plate bringing something exciting to the palate. Restaurant La Romaguera in Soller was easily our best meal of the whole time in Mallorca, and that says a lot. If you're anywhere near Soller, don't miss it. Book ahead, take your time, and enjoy the meal. Truly outstanding.

We tried lots of dishes and didn't have a single disappointment. The menu is built around sharing small plates, each with intense flavor, so whatever you pick feels like a real explosion of taste. The CARRILLERA AHUMADA, slow-cooked beef cheek brioche with smoked burrata and kimchi mayonnaise, was especially incredible. The interior has a lovely rustic-meets-modern look, and the staff are super friendly. If you like bold, open-minded flavors, this restaurant is well worth a visit. Prices feel fair for the food quality and experience. Highly recommended!

The tacos, chicken croquettes, patatas bravas, and ox tail cannelloni were standouts, and we were really impressed with every dish and the dessert. The food was incredible for a very reasonable price. We booked ahead and the place was pretty full, so I'm not sure a walk-in would get a table. We'll absolutely return, and highly recommend it!

La Romaguera in Sóller was a great discovery for playful fusion tapas. The lamb taco, crispy tuna rice, pork belly, and scallops were all delicious, and each brought a different flavor to the table. A satisfying, well-executed choice if you're after something more creative than traditional tapas.

The lamb taco, grilled leeks, and grilled octopus were delicious 😋, definitely go for them! We ordered a mix of tapas at La Romaguera Restaurant: grilled octopus (sapulperia), lamb taco, leeks, roasted aubergine, a small dry-aged steak (La Madurita), and a small seafood rice (Lingotazo). The lamb taco, grilled leeks, and octopus were the standouts, all full of flavor. The dry-aged steak had a deep, rich taste, but was chewy and a little tough to eat. This tapas spot is well above average, with great flavors and dishes that were well executed. Absolutely worth visiting if you're in the area.
