Mauro was so approachable and friendly, full of information and always helpful. The property is close to lots of interesting places, and Santillana del Mar is nearby. At the same time, the setting feels quiet and cozy, out in the countryside. It's a lovely, enjoyable place to stay, decorated beautifully. Kind regards, Beatrice and Bernard.

Mauro was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to walk into town or head out to nearby villages and beaches. The apartments are great. Taking the two next to each other gave us the feel of having a private house with a garden.

We'd recommend Villa Inocencia. The renovated old house is beautiful, with a nice modern touch, and made a great place to spend time with family. It exceeded our expectations as a holiday home, and communication with the host was excellent.

Avoid this place. We were wrongly accused of breaking a window and charged a large amount straight away, without being heard. The way we were treated was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

The service was great from before arrival right through to departure, and everything was made easy for us. The apartment is cozy, with lots of little details and a very personal style. We went with our two-year-old daughter, who was comfortable and could play outside. There are gardens where you can sit in the sun with a glass of wine, and the town centre is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is available. We had a wonderful stay.
