We got a double room for 45€ on the evening of Dec 2 2017, while heading back from Asturias and hoping to try the famous anchovies from Santoña. The young woman who seemed to own and run the hotel welcomed us. The reception is downstairs in the hotel's café/bar, and she showed us to a comfortable room with a modern bathroom and all the amenities we could want. Later we had wine in the lively bar and she introduced us to her husband in a very personal, friendly way. Breakfast the next morning was included and served in the same café, with no apparent limit. As she put it, "Please order anything you like." We had orange juice, plenty of coffee, a French Omelette each, and toast. Fantastic hotel, lovely service, comfortable, friendly, and very reasonably priced.

Laundry is available, and so are breakfasts. There's also specialty coffee and fresh bakery just steps away, with a terrace to enjoy. The rooms are clean, centrally located, and have private bathrooms.

After a tough day on the Camino, Peter and Marie made us feel so welcome. We had an outstanding stay and hope to come back someday, even just for a few jars in their pub. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is included, and it's great value. The place is central, and there's a secure spot where we could lock up our bicycles.
