Arha Santoña

We went on an IMSERSO trip a couple of weeks ago and felt comfortable and well looked after at this small, family-run hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and Daniela gave us excellent service. The food was generous and varied, with vegetarian choices too. Our room was clean and perfectly adequate, though nothing luxurious, and the location was very good. For luxury, this may not be the place, but it's a great choice for good service and value.

The room is tiny, with hardly any space to move or put our things, and the towels are worn, stained, and even have holes. It all feels neglected and below expectations. Three friends are traveling together through the IMSERSO program, but they assigned us a room with a double bed, which is uncomfortable and doesn't suit our situation. We arrived at the hotel today, and this first impression has been very disappointing. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

We were there in February on an Imserso trip. The room was okay, though a little small. The meals, including breakfast, were quite poor. What stood out most was how rarely anyone was at reception, even across the day and night. Several of us had problems, and getting them sorted was difficult because they wouldn't even answer the hotel phone. I can't recommend it highly.

Zacarias and Eduardo worked hard to give good service despite being short-staffed, taking on reception, waiting tables, and other jobs. The food itself was well prepared, but breakfast was very skimpy and there were lines for everything. The hotel is very old, even though the location is good. I wouldn't recommend it.
