The manager was so attentive and kept making sure we were comfortable. We stayed in the suite, with its fireplace and lovely mountain views. It felt peaceful, like a break from everyday life. Such a charming country house.

We won't stay here again, even though this trip had been on our list for a while. We had to cancel our reservation by accident, and the owner told us in Booking.com chat that there'd be no cancellation fee. Then, 20 days later, she charged us more than 50% of the price, saying she had problems of her own. Losing the vacation was bad enough, and the way she spoke to us on the phone was rude and offensive. It felt like a real lack of humanity. Not recommended!!

The village people were friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere for both adults and children. It's a peaceful spot for visiting La Rioja. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was top-notch.
